1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Anonymous statistical data such as feature usage frequency, page visits, etc., used to improve user experience.
• Device Information: Basic information like device type, operating system version, etc., used to ensure app compatibility and performance optimization.

1.3 Camera and Photo Library Access

When you use the camera function to record wines, we request access to your camera and photo library permissions. These permissions are only used for taking and selecting wine-related photos. We do not access other content in your photo library.

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the App's core functionality
• Creating your personal wine collection and tasting records
• Analyzing your tasting preferences to provide personalized insights
• Improving app performance and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your wine records, photos, and notes are primarily stored locally on your device. This method maximizes your privacy protection as data does not leave your device.

3.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data will be securely stored on Apple iCloud servers to synchronize across your different Apple devices. This feature is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.

3.3 Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including local data encryption and secure transmission protocols. However, please note that no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We are committed to not selling, trading, or renting your personal information to third parties. Disclosure may only occur in the following situations:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations, regulations, or government requirements
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the App, users, or the public

• Data Export: You can export your wine record data
• Permission Management: You can change camera and photo library access permissions in your device settings at any time
• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App will delete all local data on your device. If you used iCloud sync, you need to delete related data separately in iCloud settings

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

7. Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. In case of significant changes, we will notify you within the App or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated privacy policy.

8. Third-Party Services
